PROJECT COORDINATOR
BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
NORTHERN SUBURBS, CAPE TOWN
SALARY: R35 000,00 - R45 000,00 (Slightly negotiable based on experience) + 4.5% PROVIDENT FUND

We’re looking for a sharp, organised professional to manage invoicing and support delivery across infrastructure projects.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project administration, coordination, or financial processing
Prior exposure to construction, JBCC/NEC contracts, or accounting is strongly advantageous
Proven ability to manage high-volume invoicing with zero rejection tolerance
Demonstrated skill in deadline-driven environments with a maximum 5-day turnaround on submissions
Exceptional attention to detail - must be meticulous, thorough, and process-oriented
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; able to source missing information independently
Clear, professional communication skills; able to collaborate constructively with senior stakeholders
High level of resilience, ethical conduct, and goal-focused execution
Must be able to follow protocols and procedures precisely, with no deviation
Comfortable assisting with auditor requests and maintaining accurate records
