POSITION INFO:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. If you thrive on organization, deadlines, and coordinating multiple projects in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
Monitor budgets, track expenditure, and support financial reporting.
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary.
Assist senior management with project planning, resource allocation, and daily administration.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of project management processes and contract administration.
Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
