POSITION INFO:

Role Purpose:

To coordinate the (small to medium) projects of the customer implementation teams in SA and UK.

Role Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate project activities
Track delivery timescales
Booking, and managing the exact resources to be used to deliver the stage, whilst conforming to the overall project plan
Monitoring, and reporting on the overall progress against defined project scope
Attend project meetings, achieving common understanding and accurate outcomes
Co-ordinate tasks in teams
Accurate progress reporting into the bigger program

Requirements:

Experience:

Experienced in project coordination
Experienced at administration and coordinating a portfolio of small to medium projects simultaneously
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Good written and spoken communications at all levels of business
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Organised approach to work, managing own and others workload
Experienced at setting up meetings and keeping minutes
Project coordination experience
IT Service Management experience would be beneficial

Experience of Microsoft applications:

Using Microsoft Project
Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Producing project progress reports

Qualifications:

Grade 12
Project Management qualification or certification

Additional Skills/Attributes:

PRINCE2 or PMBOK (Minimum Foundation Level)
IT Technical background would be beneficial
