Project Coordinator / Facilities Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Roodepoort Area is looking for a Risk Coordinator with STRONG Health and Safety Experience for a 3 month Contract to start as soon as possible

POSITION INFO:
Essential Requirements :

• Matric
• Relevant diploma/degree     
• Proven work experience as a Project / Facilities Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Familiarity with safety, risk management and quality assurance control
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Oversee the administration of every project, including but not limited to daily reports and inspections.
• Analyze risks and opportunities throughout each project.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project  documentation, plans and reports.
• Oversee incident prevention and investigations during the management of the project.
• Oversee the project procurement management.
• Coordinate and oversee Occupational Health and Safety with regard to projects.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Fixing minor issues or arranging for repairs when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
