SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Roodepoort Area is looking for a Risk Coordinator with STRONG Health and Safety Experience for a 3 month Contract to start as soon as possible

POSITION INFO:
Essential Requirements :

Matric
Relevant diploma/degree
Proven work experience as a Project / Facilities Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
Familiarity with safety, risk management and quality assurance control
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Main Duties:

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Oversee the administration of every project, including but not limited to daily reports and inspections.
Analyze risks and opportunities throughout each project.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Oversee incident prevention and investigations during the management of the project.
Oversee the project procurement management.
Coordinate and oversee Occupational Health and Safety with regard to projects.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Fixing minor issues or arranging for repairs when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
