JOB SUMMARY:
My client is a well established marketing agency who has expertise in the B2B space. In this role you will be responsible for the successful completion of client work across the client accounts for which you are accountable.

Along with your team you will need to ensure work is managed in such a way that the result is one of quality in line with both prescribed budgets and time frames.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Create strong, professional relationships with clients, at all levels, but particularly at a senior level.

Clear agenda for each and every single meeting to ensure all involved are clear on outputs and related timing
Works with Client Partner to ensure timeous comms with client (e.g. contact report for each and every client meeting – and sends it out within 24 hours of the meeting.) Record of comms to refer to actions agreed ensure that people are held accountable.
Manage to enable timeous delivery to client whilst ensuring you adhere to budgets and managing spend
Drive budgets- managing spend and proposing more cost-effective or innovative ways of maximising spend against ROI
Measure project performance against defined scope, budget and time

Experience

Experience managing teams and largescale, multi-tiered projects
At least 10 years’ having been directly accountable to work with client, liaise and engage on (illustrating sound understanding) budgets, price quotes/CEs and invoices
A sound knowledge of the relevant structures and processes in the Marketing team within brand and/or agency Know-how
Proven track record having compiled comprehensive Project Plans and successfully executed project tasks managing multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum methodology (Sprints etc)
The ability to write comprehensive and insightful briefs
Build presentations with relevant schedules and costs and the ability to deliver/present in a confident and compelling manner
Be able to present a project plan- timing and costs to clients, unpack them and respond to questions raised and hold your own in terms of negative response and ability to resolve effectively or propose relevant alternatives
