SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Project Engineer (Mechanical) with 1–2 years of mining industry experience. This role is ideal for a young professional looking to build a career in mining projects, contributing to the design, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of mining-related engineering projects.
Support project managers with technical input, reporting, and documentation.
Conduct feasibility studies, mechanical design reviews, and equipment specifications.
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
Provide on-site support during project implementation and commissioning.

Minimum Requirements:

BEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering (essential).
1–2 years’ experience in the mining industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and project engineering processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
