SUMMARY:
Provide support for the portfolio of the company and associated controlled atmosphere plant and equipment.

POSITION INFO:

Initially the role will include exposure to company procurement, stock management and after-sales process management.

Increasingly the role will extend to sales and maintenance of on-site solutions and the optimisation of business processes around these activities.

A graduate engineer with one year experience. B.Sc. Eng. qualification Electro-Mechanical OR a more mature engineer with 5 max 10 years’ experience who has a suitable Diploma in Engineering.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Stock management, Procurement and After-Sales process management.

• Projects administration, documentation, quality assurance.

• Business process optimisation.

• Electro-mechanical fault finding and increasing involvement with automation and PLC control of systems.

• On-site client liaison and Sales: Apart from the technical servicing role the incumbent is expected to fulfil an important PR role and to become increasingly involved in the project sales process.
