POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
This role involves ensuring the integrity of financial information, leading key financial initiatives, and improving operational processes to support the organisation's goals.
Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing billing processes, financial analysis, and performance reporting to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Delivering financial insights that influence business direction and support executive decisions.
Streamlining financial systems and strengthening internal controls to increase productivity and reduce risk.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial support that enhances business operations.
Identifying and executing opportunities for cost reduction and improved financial performance.
Assisting with quality assurance procedures to ensure data reliability and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

BCom degree in finance.
3 years’ experience in project management/ team management.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communicator with solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
