The Role:

We are looking for a Launch Material Control and Data Quality Specialist  for a contract role, this will be in Rosslyn area.

• Bachelorâ??s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering
Skills and Experience:
• 4 yearsâ?? experience  in Supply Chain Management
• Leads in performing data processing and parameter administration in SAP
• Maintains a lead role in conducting control of parts availability for on-going series / launch production, parts run-in and parts-run-out (i.e.Press, Training Cubing parts,) from NAFTA,Europe and BCC
• Validates the quality and accuracy of the Engineering Parts list 
• Coordinates efforts with internal and external process partners to maintain parts supply to production. Interfaces with Procurement, Engineering, Physical Logistics, and Assembly and Manufacturing technologies to achieve implementation of new software levels
• Coordinates the economical transportation with freight companies to ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials with our Lead Logistic Provider or Physical Logistics Group
• Decides on correction of BoM, direct change, change at the line, change of forecasts
• Manages Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Reports
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management
• Performs cross checks of multiple data sources (GPS /TAI to ensure information integrity.
• SVL Project Lead for TX-R-12.
• TX-R-12 Participant in Launch Committees and Plant Project Team
• Daily expediting of Launch Parts ex NAFTA, ECE and BCC to reach stock in Plant date
• Develops solutions / programs using various tools for discrepancies found in the Parts list which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation
• Checks the completeness and accuracy of Construction Groups (KO-Groups) including comparison for new model launches
• Corrects Engineering parts list when required by initiating SQUISIs (Engineering part list modifications with all affected departments including process partners in Germany USA
• Ensuring that  production is not negatively affected
