About the Role Our Client is seeking a dedicated Project Management Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. As the Project Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Financial Administration, Administration and Support, Office Administration, Governance & Compliance Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordination Generate reports and maintain project documentation Coordinate project schedules and track project milestones Communicate project updates to stakeholders Qualifications and Skills required - The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools are also required. - Technical proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, Jira, etc. - AI assisted reporting, documentation and scheduling experience
