Leading financial services institution - stable, highly reputable, have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager – Agile Scrum / Waterfall to join their team.

Although the PMO is responsible for driving Agile throughout the organisation, the role involves a hybrid of Agile Scrum Master and other traditional Project Management methodologies,

In this exciting role, where you can truly add value and make a difference, be responsible for driving both short-term and long-term projects in line with the organisation’s objectives, including people change management, interacting extensively with internal and external stakeholders including IT, Delivery Managers and Senior Exco members.

Degree essential, Honours or master’s degree pref. Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master); CSP (Certified Scrum Practitioner) and a Minimum of 8 years’ experience, which must include experience as an IT Agile SCRUM Master; working with Agile development teams and 2 years exposure to Scrum / Waterfall and / or Kanban methodologies and including 2 years managing a development team essential.
