Skills and Experience:
Qualification Required:

Degree or National Diploma in Information Systems.

Preferred Qualification:

Certified Project Management Professional

Experience Required:

More than 10 years of work experience in the IT industry.

A minimum of 5 years of those as a Project Manager.

Strong project scheduling, IT Services Transition Management, leadership, stakeholder management, financial literacy.

IT Infrastructure Services technical experience.

Key Accountabilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Transition and Project Management of business Information Systems

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsÂ

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesÂ

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Personality and Attributes:

Strong Communicator (Verbal Written)

Ability to build and maintain relationships (Internal External)

Well organised and ability prioritize important tasks

Focused and dedidicated individual

Work Environment:

Office environment and customer premise visits

Physical Demands:

No heavy physical demands, mainly office work

Travel:

Minimal travelling, mainly customer premise visits.
