JOB DESCRIPTION:

Together with our client, an electronic manufacturing company in Pretoria East we are recruiting for a Project Manager to liaise with clients and manage projects allocated to him/her from quotation phase, through NOI phase and Production. The Project Manager needs to ensure delivery on time within the allocated budget. The Ideal Candidate needs to have 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment and hold a 3-year Project Management Qualification.

Duties and Responsibilities

Liaising with clients
Ensure customer Satisfaction
Understand products
Invoice finished products.
To market the company to existing and new clients.
Check for substitutes/alternatives for stock that can be picked for the MO/Project.
Match Purchase Order (PO) details against MO details to check:
Alternatives procured but not on the MO.
Client MOQ’s not on the BOM.
Quantity differences between PO and MO.
Attend weekly planning meetings and assist with WIP counts and project progress tracking.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)

Required Minimum Qualifications

3-year Project Management Qualification
5+ years project management experience in a manufacturing or technical environment

Salary: R320 000.00 – R360 000.00 per annum per annum
