SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will oversee the execution of company projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope. They will coordinate project teams, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

This role is crucial for driving the successful delivery of social impact projects, making a tangible difference in communities.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans and manage their implementation.
Act as a liaison between management and project execution teams.

Coordinate resources and vendors to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Project management qualification and proven work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Leadership abilities and a team-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Discretion with confidential information and a valid Driver’s License.
