Project Manager

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer project implementations are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive seamless, end-to-end project execution.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver customer projects in line with agreed budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate tasks with cross-functional teams including Sales, Support, Installs, and Suppliers.
• Monitor and supervise all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal workflows and documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records using tools such as SOC, SNOW, and Google Drive.
• Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Uphold project quality and initiate process improvements where needed.

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Project or Operations Management.
• Experience in ISP, ICT, or Telecoms environments preferred.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
