Project Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client, a leader in simplifying investment management processes and wealth growth, is on the lookout for a hands-on Project Manager to help deliver technology and operational initiatives across our growing fintech platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their project management career who thrives on structure, collaboration, and driving projects forward without unnecessary complexity.

POSITION INFO:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across IT, platform, and operations.
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance, operations).
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with clear, consistent communication.
• Facilitate stand-ups, project meetings, and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, timelines).
• Support implementation and migration initiatives across company entities.
• Collaborate with both internal and outsourced teams.

• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or IT environments preferred.
• Exposure to software delivery, system implementations, or platform rollouts.
• Relevant degree or diploma (Business, IT, Engineering, Finance).

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clear and concise communication (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Practical understanding of Agile/delivery frameworks
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Experience with investment platforms, trading systems, or custody environments
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven projects
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar PM tools
