SUMMARY:
Currently sourcing for an exciting Program Manager role in the manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing programs/projects from initiation through completion. You will assist in the delivery of business results through program/project execution and excellent team and stakeholder engagement.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business or other related discipline.

· 8 + years of professional experience.

· Complete Project Manager training

· 3+ years’ experience in managing cost initiatives for cost reduction, continuous improvement, vendor management and/or planning.

· Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data.

· Verbal/written communication skills needed to deliver project solutions and keep all stakeholders engaged and informed.

· Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence/persuade decision makers and motivate team members.

Required Qualifications:

· PMP Certificate preferred

· Black Belt Trained and/or Certified

· Previous program/project management experience

Other:

· Master''s degree, advantageous (business or related field).

· Self-driven, outcome-oriented performer.

· Proven success initiating change and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
