POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

You will be responsible for managing technical automation projects of varying duration and technical complexity for customers, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and scope in line with company goals and objectives. They are a mixture of simple delivery projects and complex IT/software/hardware development projects and vary in duration from several months to several years.

We are looking for a proven project manager with a track record in managing IT/technical / automation projects and be experienced with Agile & SCRUM techniques. The candidate must have relevant experience in managing all aspects of a project, including clients, resources, quality, safety, risks, budget, schedules and deliverables and be capable of solving problems and adapting to changing circumstances.

Education:

   Tertiary Degree / Diploma in a related field such as MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials, Project Management, Agile Certification and/or equivalent training.

3+ years'' experience in relevant consulting or industry experience.

Ability to structure and lead multidisciplinary and multi-level stakeholder meetings.

Ability to synthesize and communicate in a non-technical language.

Very good communication, influence and negotiation skills.

Leadership, team spirit and sense of initiative.

Outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail
