JOB SUMMARY:
Develop, drive, manage and lead a discipled opportunity execution plan with a diverse pursuit team of experts, SMEs, pre-sales resources and partners geographically dispersed and virtual both internal and external to Microsoft including our Global Systems Integrator partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Objectives

To Manage, Track and expedite Multi Site Projects on a national level within predefined timeframes and deadlines, as may be stipulated from time to time. And to do so within predefined Control Methods stipulated by Business.
To Effectively communicate all Project related scope and deliverable matters to all relevant parties in a courteous and timely fashion.
To Effectively Manage and Track Resources assigned to Projects by Team Leaders or Management from time to time.
To Effectively and Diligently manage all risk and issues on Projects, thus creating a controlled environment in which your Project is executed. This must be done on a Global, Team and Project Level. And should a control liability occur, to diligently and effectively manage this risk within the adherence of methodology frameworks.
To Effectively control the stock in Projects environments. This includes, ensuring timely stock requests, orders confirmation where required and escalation should a stock risk occur.
To Ensure that all financial aspects are met, with regard to effective and correct budgeting and billing of projects.
To successfully transition the Project over to the next Phase in Vox, by supplying all relevant information required for Assurance Handover, ensure billing is activated and that all Support and Monitoring SLA's are met.

Job Skills

Procedural skill, Organisational skills - ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, Ability to multi-task, Detailed and meticilous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skill – ability to work in a team, motivate and manage people diplomatically
Must be able to manage and maintaining multiple ERP integrations and custom Global integrations
Working knowledge of Microsoft’s commercial cloud offerings - including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or NQF 4 or above with:

Accounting as subject
Business Economics OR
Economics, or similar. As subjects
English as First or Second Language at NQF 4
PBX and Voice experience 3-5 years essential

3+ Year experience in resource management / scheduling.
4+ Years intensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite
5+ Years’ experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
4+ Years PBX and Voice experience
