Project Manager

Location: Paarl – Western Cape
Reporting to: Managing Director

This Company needs an individual who can systematically lead and manage all academic activities and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our resources and processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all staff and stakeholders
Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Create and manage systems & Processes to ensure your department runs excellently and is aligned with our vision.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system.
Preparing and maintaining Files of learners, as well as General Files.
Lead and manage all volunteers.
Communicating with volunteers.
Establish new networking relationships and nurture existing relationships.
Being aware of financial status with regards to your project.
Communication with Manager of finances
Identifying prices for items specific to your project.
Identifying and developing new opportunities with stakeholders
