Project Manager / Business Analyst (CH790) (Full Remote)

Our client, a Digital Innovation and Mobile Services company is looking for a Mid Level Project Manager & Business Analyst with more than 5 years experience in the technical / digital space. The position is in the operations team. The successful candidate will be working as part of a highly skilled and dynamic business that builds and supports mobile platforms and applications in a technically exciting and evolving industry.

The Project Manger/Business Analyst will oversee projects and provide required assistance to the team in terms of business requirements, user journeys, test cases and implementation. Co-ordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure all aspects are compatible to client specific requirements. Requirement to work on multiple requests simultaneously across projects may be expected.

Technically strong with the ability to translate client business requirements to assist technical to formulate technical specification requirements for in-house developers. Driving technical delivery,

UI, testing UAT and production deployments with the technical teams in an agile approach.

Exceptional project management skills and vision to build new and maintain existing large scale applications and products for all our clients.

A technical understanding of the mobile digital space essential. Excellent client management and relationship skills are required. Digital & performance marketing knowledge would be an advantage.

Requirements

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• IT Project Manager/Information Technology Project Manger
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
• multiple projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal
• stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate
• verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks and communicate effectively
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each
• project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and
• experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and
• long-term goals
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff
• members
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications where the methodology

Education & Qualification

• Matric
• Com/pt, B.Sc or B.Eng degree with IT/Finance with computer related subject as majors

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years post article experience as Project Manager within an IT development
• environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP)/ PRINCE II certification
• Agile and Scrum Methodologies (an advantage)
• Experience in UI/UX/CX (advantage)
• Analytical skills or experience (advantage)
• Process Management experience (advantage)
• Telecommunication or mobile experience (advantage)
• Strong technical knowledge of the MNO space (advantage)
