What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Industrial Group sector. All duties would take place in this context.

*  Post Acquisition Integrations

*  Project Scoping & Work Breakdown Structure

*  Risk Management

*  Budget Management

*  Change Management

Key Job Deliverables:

*  Deliver Projects on Time

*  Deliver Projects within Budget

*  Deliver Projects according to Specification

Background work experience:

*  5 years Business Transformation Project Management

*  5 years PMBOK or Prince 2 - Project Management

*  5 years Business Change Management

*  5 years Large Project Planning & Execution

*  Project Management Qualification or Certification

*  Business Transformation Project Management

*  Managing projects like the acquisition of a new company, or creating a new division, or creating a new route to market

*  Working with a professional project methodology like PMBOK or Prince 2

*  Managing change in the business like new processes, systems, people, premises etc...

*  Creating Work Breakdown Structures, Gantt charts, Risk Registers and Budgets and tracking these throughout the lifetime of the project

*  Advantageous: Exposure to Portfolio Management
