SUMMARY:
Company based in Centurion is looking for a proactive Project Manager to provide full project, data analytics and administrative support at a senior level to the COO.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience analysing data and managing projects
University degree in Business, (Computer) Science or Engineering
Pharmaceutical and/or Pharmacy experience and knowledge advantageous
Strong Excel skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Outlook

Duties:

Perform data analytics assignments
Identify and implement improvements on company systems and procedures
Managing work as projects with regular project update reports
Assist with ad hoc projects
Investigating possible system issues and driving appropriate solutions
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff and clients
Drafting and reviewing policies, SOP''s, and related correspondence
Assist with operational tasks
Ad-hoc tasks as required
