POSITION INFO:

Our client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Project Manager – Forecast to Deploy (FTD) to join their team in Sandton. They offer stability, attractive salary and an excellent working environment.

Description

Project Manager – Forecast to Deploy (FTD) Stream is required with ERP Project Management Experience D365 preferably. FMCG process experience is also required commercial/Production/Finance/Warehouse/ Distribution, Procurement/ Master data/Asset Management.

Requirements

Experience in managing projects with integration into 3^rd Party application eg. SAP/D365 to 3^rd Party application
Managing Design, Build, Testing, Deployment Cutover, PGLS phases of projects
Managing vendor delivery
Project plan creation and tracking
Governance deliverables tracking, and project audits
Data migration management
Manage the delivery of a key stream of an ERP program
Create plans, build alignment across stakeholders and track progress of deliverables across Design, Build, Testing, Deployment Cutover, PGLS phase of projects
Manage integration points and dependencies with several vendors to ensure coordinated delivery with no disruptions
Manage project risks and issues
Manage a project team to ensure key deliverables are known, deadlines are clear, and daily tracking is in place
Manage status updates to senior management.
Facilitate and guide problems resolution with vendors and internal team
Managing and tracking PGLS issues and anchoring
Managing activities in the data migration and cutover phases of the project
Work with the PMO and auditors to ensure governance compliance
