Our client – a leading manufacturing giant in Johannesburg East – is searching for a high-performing Project Manager to lead the rollout of finance and operations systems across their plant-based operations. Key Responsibilities:

âï¸ Lead the full-cycle implementation of SAP or Syspro across finance and operational departments
âï¸ Collaborate across finance, IT, and plant leadership to align business and tech goals
âï¸ Manage cross-functional project teams and change management processes
âï¸ Ensure the seamless integration of systems into manufacturing and operational workflows

Job Experience and Skills Required:

ð Education: BCom (minimum), preferably with Project Management Certifications
ð Experience: 5–8 years in a plant-based or manufacturing environment
ð ï¸ Systems: Must have strong implementation experience with SAP or Syspro
ð Project Management: Proven experience leading complex system rollouts across finance and ops
