SUMMARY:
Seeking Advertising/Marketing professionals who are seriously looking for your next role where you can level up and show the business how superb you are when it comes to structure & delivery: timelines, budgets and project plans.

In this role you will be expected to positively contribute to the day-to-day running and management of all Project Management tasks.

POSITION INFO:
The business provides expertise in B2B Marketing to Professional Services clients (including financial, telecoms, manufacturing etc) from brand positioning to engagement programmes and stakeholder experience projects.

Work closely with the Project Director and the Client Success team to manage the success and profitability of the agreed portfolio of clients and each project.
Work alongside the Project Director to manage the portfolio of clients strategically.
Plan and manage new requirements for projects.
Engaging with Client Partner and client.
Working closely with internal teams, to monitor delivery and do what is required to schedule, manage and coordinate tasks through to successful delivery
Respond to all assigned tasks promptly and with meaningful assessment
Have an understanding of expectation & support the delivery, budgets and reports.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years in a PM role working on Marketing; Digital or Creative projects
An additional 5 years’ working in a Consulting, Advertising or PM environment
Proven track record having compiled Project Plans and successfully executed project tasks as part of a group of stakeholders responsible for delivery and communication.
Highly proficient in MS Project

Additionally:

Reliable reporting ability and experience in tracking project progress
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum methodology (Sprints etc)
Ability to write comprehensive and insightful briefs
Build presentations with relevant schedules and costs & deliver/present in a confident manner
