Experience in the Mining Industry preferably in crushing and plant.Familiar with iBAAN (preferably BAAN 6).Familiar with FIDIC suite of terms & conditions

POSITION INFO:

Dating back to the 1960’s, our client provides mineral processing technology (from concept design to commissioning) and are also active in the construction materials and recycling sectors.

Position details:

Type: Permanent
Reports to: Manager – Projects
Job description / key responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of project
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full scale project plans
• Recognize and define the organization & resource requirements
• Manage and monitor project to ensure successful completion
• Define the content & format reports as required
• Manage insurance, change control, risk and documentation
• Prepare WBS and Gant Charts
• Coordinate project staff/ activities
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• Adhere to project timelines, expedite as and when required
• Meet quality assurance requirements as required by customer
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Initiate invoicing

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Qualification:

• Project management qualification (PMP)

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years'' experience in Project Management

Special skills:

• Experience in the Mining Industry preferably in crushing and plant
• Familiar with iBAAN (preferably BAAN 6)
• Familiar with FIDIC suite of terms & conditions

• Familiar with MS Office (expert in MS Projects)
• Prepare a proper top-down structured Project Plan
