Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and stakeholder updates
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries
- Drive process improvements and workflow optimization
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Project Operations and CRM for reporting and collaboration

- 3+ years in project management, coordination, or administration
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
