JOB SUMMARY:
Your core purpose is to manage the full circle of a new residential development from land acquisition, breaking ground, product development, town planning, project development, council liaison, servicing, top structures to final handover to the Marketing Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary responsibilities

Effectively manage all processes, appointments, and people
Management of programs, budgets,
and risk for large residential developments
Land and product development
Project costing and feasibilities
Optimizing processes and management of construction teams
Payments and budgets
Risk managements

Qualification Required:
Management in: Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Management

Experience Required:

Proven track record
Proven track record in residential developments or similar
5- 10 years’ experience
