POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Project Manager/Engineer, This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects. This includes developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules; managing project resources; and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Excellent organizational skills
Must have attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication E9skills
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards, as well as best practices in the meat industry will be advantageous.
Manage the commercial aspects of projects, such as negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management
Solve problems and make decisions in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Stay up-to-date on the latest engineering trends and technologies

Key Skills:

Experience in Project Engineering and commercial aspects of projects,
Excellent computer literacy,
Commercial acumen,
Knowledge of design software, like AutoCad,

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience in Project Engineering
3+ years of experience in the commercial aspects of projects
