In this role, you’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to specification, and in compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, cost estimation, contract administration, procurement, and risk management. You’ll liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to streamline project delivery and provide regular progress and financial reports to senior management. You’ll also advise leadership on procurement strategy, contractual risks, and commercial implications, ensuring financial transparency and optimal
contractor performance.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management,
Civil Engineering, or a related construction discipline, and has 5-8 years’ experience in cost management and/or construction project management. Professional registration or eligibility (e.g., RICS, SACQSP, CIOB) is highly advantageous.
