JOB SUMMARY:
Producing project time and resource schedules on “Gantt and PERT charts”. Monitoring and reporting on progress and forecasting project objectives to establish the best manner in which projects can be completed. Determining the Project Scope and the appropriate methods for completing the project and disseminating the project into project activities.

Primavera and/or Candy, MS Projects

Minimum Work Experience

5 years working experience as a planner

Tender
Planning and Scheduling
Resource Forecasting
Communication

Main Responsibilities:

Establishing the most cost-effective construction methods and convert into a working programme model
Interact with Project staff to obtain programme updates
Maintain Primavera project files
Co-ordinate schedule from multiple contributors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule
Evaluate critical paths in project schedules and evaluate alternative schedule options to identify optimum project strategies or resolve problems before and during execution
Report and Analyses monthly deviations from plan
Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress
