SUMMARY:
Our client, a luxury and commercial Property Developer in South Africa, needs a strong Property Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing high-potential land and property opportunities.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Degree or diploma in:
- Property Studies
- Urban/Town Planning
- Real Estate
- Development Studies
- Civil Engineering (with planning knowledge ideally)
3–5 years’ experience in acquisition roles and property development or town planning
Experience conducting feasibility-level planning assessments.
Experience dealing with Johannesburg(Midrand & Bryanston) municipal planning departments and Stakeholder Departments (Joburg Water, Johannesburg Roads Agence etc.
Strong network with planners, brokers, and property professionals.
The role requires strong market intelligence, financial analysis capability, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder engagement including landowners, brokers, municipalities, lawyers, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing high-potential land and property opportunities that align with the company’s development and investment strategy.
This role directly supports the company’s growth pipeline and ensures a continuous flow of feasible development opportunities.
