JOB SUMMARY:
Our SA market leading client in Green Point is looking for ambitious, hardworking young people with qualifications in property and 3 years' relevant experience to be trained as property agents in the auction arena.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : PERMANENT

START DATE : ASAP / IMMEDIATE

DUTIES:

Assist clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions
Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
Analyze market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas
Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns
Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale
Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
Communicate with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents

REQUIREMENT:

Own transport
Computer Literate (MS Office)
3 years’ property experience
Self-discipline
People skills
Good communication skills
Ambitious
Hard working
