Liaise with agents to source and gather vital information on potential properties. Conduct due diligence investigations and compile detailed reports to inform strategic choices. Present opportunities at weekly deal committee meetings, influencing key investment decisions. Manage development timelines, control costs, and oversee quality assurance to ensure project success. Collaborate with the development team and external professionals involved in ongoing projects. Prepare rental proposals and develop marketing plans for new development spaces. Assist in sales preparation, reporting, and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers. Support tender processes and conduct ad hoc market research. Requirements: Proven ability to evaluate property opportunities through financial and market analysis. Strong liaison skills with agents, brokers, and internal teams. Experience in conducting due diligence and preparing comprehensive reports. Ability to manage project timelines, costs, and quality standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Relevant understanding of property development and investment processes. Nice to Have: Prior experience in property development or investment. Familiarity with the local Western Cape property market.
