My client is looking for a Billing & Invoicing Specialist to take charge of the companyâs invoicing and billing processes. POSITION INFO:
What Youâll Be Doing:
â¨ Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on lease contracts
â¨ Ensure timely delivery of invoices via email and other channels
â¨ Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
â¨ Reconcile accounts and resolve billing queries
â¨ Manage utilities and maintain accurate financial records
â¨ Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams for seamless billing
â¨ Generate regular reports on invoicing and accounts receivable
â¨ Assist with month-end closing, credit notes, refunds, and adjustments
â¨ Ensure full compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards

â Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
â High attention to detail â accuracy is your superpower
â Strong organizational and time management skills
â Excellent written and verbal communication
â Tech-savvy: Excel, Word, Outlook & MRI/MDA software proficiency
â Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
