Property Client Relationship Manager - JHB & CPT

SUMMARY:
This entrepreneurial property management solutions provider is looking for x2 Property Client Relationship Managers (x1JHB & x1CPT) to be the key point of contact for client relationship building, lease extension negotiations and ensuring seamless transitions throughout the client lifecycle.

POSITION INFO:
Experience & Requirements:

• Relevant B-degree.
• Min 5yrs plus experience in the property or hospitality sector where you’ve dealt extensively with clients and their property needs/queries.
• Proven client relations, retentions and renewal experience within the property sector.
• Well versed in Afrikaans and English.
• Will be travelling to sites across JHB or CT (depending where you based)
• Property, logistics or hospitality industry experience a MUST.

• R420K C.T.C. per annum plus travel costs
