SUMMARY:
A JSE listed banking institution that provides a range of solutions to clients across the property spectrum comprising of debt raising, deal structuring, risk assessment and the ultimate exit of an investment is looking for a motivated and hardworking Property Equity Graduate.

POSITION INFO:

Main Purpose of The Job

To assist the Property Equity team with the approval and implementation of new investments and loans and the management of the existing portfolio.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Existing portfolio:

Reporting on covenants
Monitoring of performance and feedback to the team
Preparation and presentation of reviews and large facility reports

New loans and investments:
- Assisting with analysis and preparation of new applications
- Assisting with implementation
Ad hoc projects within the division

Skills/Personal Attributes Required

Strong knowledge of the property industry
Good understanding of feasibilities and financial information
Any legal and banking skills will be an advantage
Good Excel knowledge
Good communication skills
Own transport and drivers licence
Keep the manager and other relevant people informed of any problems
Must be able to work under pressure and within Group timelines
Hard worker, self-starter and someone who can work within teams

Qualifications

BSc Property Studies, BSc Real Estate or BCom Property
Postgraduate qualification in any property related field would be an added advantage.
