Property Manager – Luxury Cottage Collection | West Coast

An exclusive collection of 26 highly sought-after luxury cottages along the West Coast is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance standards, and owner and guest experience across the portfolio.
These properties are owned by both a central company and private individuals and operate as premium short-term luxury rentals when not in owner use. The role requires someone who understands the nuance of managing high-value properties while balancing the expectations of luxury guests and exacting owners.
This is not a desk role. This is a highly visible, operational, relationship-driven position suited to someone who thrives on delivering seamless service and maintaining impeccable property standards.
The Role
- Oversee daily operational management of 26 luxury cottages
• Ensure all properties are maintained to exceptional luxury standards
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Liaise closely with property owners, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Oversee guest readiness, ensuring cottages are flawlessly prepared for arrivals
• Resolve guest or owner concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Manage housekeeping coordination and quality control
• Monitor property condition, reporting, and improvement planning
• Ensure smooth operational flow across seasonal occupancy fluctuations
Essential Experience
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in luxury property, villa, or hospitality management
• Proven experience managing high-end guest or owner expectations
• Strong operational and maintenance coordination experience
