Minimum requirements:

• University graduate with a 3-year degree (or related qualification).
• Experience in property management.
• Hospitality experience.
• Understand service delivery, student behaviour and student expectations.
• Proven team player: ability to work with a team and achieve daily and monthly goals.
• Able to motivate team members and drive unique team member qualities.
• Ability to manage conflict head-on and resolve under pressure.
• Great time management.
• Self-starter: able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction.
• Detail oriented: pays attention to details regarding processes and extra attention to special requests.
• Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning skills.
• Extrovert with great people skills that feeds off the energy of other people and group work.

• Provide leadership to the campus team members·
