JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Property Portfolio Officer for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with UCT Sectional Title / HOA Management course advantageous
Registered with PPRA and holding a valid FFC advantageous
3+ years’ experience in Sectional Title Schemes / HOA’s / Complex Management
Valid driver’s license and good communication skills

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Marketing plans, ensure growth targets are met and ensure successful take-on of new properties
Ensure all records are updated
Arrange, attend, minute al HOA & BC meetings and execute instructions
Attend to owner queries
Annual budgets for all HOA and BC
Assist with preparing AFS for HOA and BC
Ensure adequate insurance and oversee levy clearance certificates
Sign off of invoices and raise utility charges and management of utility accounts
Credit control for complexes
Prepare and distribute monthly reports to trustees
Ensure effective management of properties in line with relevant legislation
Ensure registrations with CSOS and compliance with legislation / annual renewals attended to
Management & enforcement of house and conduct rules and issues files / penalties
Regular site visits and appointment / performance control of service providers
Ensure expenditure in line with budgets and oversee complex upkeep
Business unit & variance reports
Oversee municipal processes and preparation of budgets
Manage corporate social investment activities, ensure costs saving and asset with setting budgets
Workplace skills plan, quality compliance and safety / health / environmental control

Salary: R14 000.00 Basic, Cell, Medical, Funeral cover
