A leading engineering solutions provider in the process industry is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with a solid background in chemical engineering and proven experience in preparing competitive, high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to client enquiries and tenders
• Interpret client specifications, scope of work, and technical requirements
• Perform cost estimations, pricing, and risk assessments for projects
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals
• Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and provide technical support during the bidding process
• Ensure proposals comply with industry standards and internal quality procedures
• Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams

• BEng Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a proposal or process engineering role
• Strong understanding of process plant design, costing, and project execution
• Proven experience in compiling technical and commercial proposals
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and costing tools
