SUMMARY:
We are assisting our client with hiring a highly skilled and experienced Proposals Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong commercial professional to lead and coordinate all proposal, tender, and bid activities across FEED, EPS, and modular product lines. If you are structured, detail-driven, commercially sharp, and confident managing cross-functional inputs, this role is for you.

POSITION INFO:
The Proposals Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and producing all commercial bid responses—ensuring full tender compliance, disciplined commercial governance, and high-quality submissions that maximise win probability while protecting margins.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all commercial bid responses for FEED, EPS, modular ranges, configurables, and bespoke solutions
Own tender compliance, document structure, formatting standards, and submission quality
Coordinate contributions from BD, technical sales, engineering, fabrication, procurement, finance, and risk
Ensure clarity on scope, assumptions, exclusions, interfaces, tie-ins, and deliverables
Maintain standard BOQs, pricing structures, cost models, work scopes, and commercial templates (Candy, WinEst, etc.)
Manage the commercial risk register, ensuring the proper identification and mitigation of risks
Drive improvements through lessons learned, win/loss analysis, historical data, and competitor insights
Protect margins through disciplined reviews of pricing, deviations, clarifications, and contractual exposure
Work closely with sales operations regarding CRM accuracy, approval workflows, and status reporting
Collaborate with marketing and communications to ensure high-quality visuals, diagrams, and narrative quality
