Public Relation Officer

SUMMARY:
A leading conveyancing law firm situated in the northern part of Pretoria is seeking a dynamic, self-disciplined Client Relations Officer . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the firm’s footprint across Pretoria and Gauteng by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with estate agents and other property-sector professionals.
This is a client-facing, results-driven position suited to a proactive individual with deep experience in the conveyancing/property sector and an existing network of estate agents.

First 3 months (probation): R15,000 per month (market-related).
After probation: Commission-based structure at 35% of each transaction referred to and successfully handled by the firm.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Education:
  
  • Grade 12 (Matric) required.
  • NQF Level 4–6 diploma in Conveyancing, or related legal support field, advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Additional qualifications in Marketing or the Property Sector beneficial.
• Experience:
  
  • 8–10 years’ experience in the Conveyancing and/or Property Sector is essential.
  • Proven ability to recruit or manage relationships with estate agents.
  • Existing base/network of estate agents at a current or previous law firm is strongly preferred.
• Technical & Professional Skills:
  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Motivated, outgoing, and consistently seeking to improve relationship-building outcomes.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
