Public Relations Officer – Cape Town

We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and results-driven Public Relations Officer to join our Cape Town team. This is a sales-driven role requiring strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate new business leads (this is a sales-focused position)
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with potential clients (primarily Estate Agents) through in-person engagements
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding and addressing their business needs
• Organise and attend client events and functions
• Foster and manage relationships with Conveyancing Secretaries (e.g., collaborating with Transfer Secretaries to resolve any problematic transactions)
• Communicate resolutions and client feedback to Directors in a timely manner
• Schedule and conduct regular weekly and monthly client visits
• Ensure punctual attendance of all scheduled appointments
• Participate in performance meetings with Directors as agreed
• Deliver training sessions to clients where needed

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in a conveyancing environment
• Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar role
• Background working within an attorney firm is essential
• Must have own reliable transport
