SUMMARY:
A vacancy is available within the FMCG sector for a QA Manager based in the Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will manage food safety and quality by maintaining quality systems, leading the technical team, and overseeing audits, traceability and customer complaints. You will also be responsible for ensuring products meet food safety, quality and customer requirements. Experience with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC and Quality Management Systems will be essential to your success. To be considered, candidates should hold a minimum BSc in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field. This role also requires 5+ years' experience in a similar food manufacturing or processing environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and develop technical teams, will be advantageous.
