POSITION INFO:
A well‑established construction and mining services operation is looking to appoint an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to support site‑based projects.

The role focuses on maintaining and enforcing quality standards, ensuring that all construction activities are completed in compliance with specifications, contractual requirements, and quality management systems.

This position is ideal for a detail‑driven QA professional who is confident working on site and engaging closely with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor site quality assurance systems
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with specifications and approved drawings
• Identify and manage non‑conformance and corrective actions
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
• Work closely with site teams, planners, engineers, and management

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Construction, or Engineering
• 3–7 years QA experience in construction or mining environments
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards
• Able to interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Detail‑oriented and quality‑focused
• Structured, disciplined, and methodical
• Confident working on site
• Strong communicator with practical problem‑solving skills
• Ethical and compliance‑driven
