POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control and version management. Coordinate and conduct internal GMP, hygiene, process, and systems audits. Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO standards, and relevant food safety legislation. Manage quality documentation, policies, procedures, and records. Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor and report on quality KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Assist with supplier quality assurance programmes and supplier audits. Support external certification and customer audits. Facilitate quality and food safety training across the business. Promote a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the organisation. Assist with quality-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. FSSC 22000, HACCP and ISO management systems. Internal auditing within a food manufacturing environment. Quality Management Systems and document control. Customer complaints, non-conformance investigations and CAPAs. Food safety legislation and regulatory compliance.
