POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity is available within a dynamic IT Business Systems team for an Intermediate QA Tester. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality software delivery by performing thorough manual testing across the full SDLC, supporting business continuity and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end manual testing across multiple environments
- Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and documentation
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Support release readiness and post-implementation validation
- Contribute to QA process improvements and retrospectives

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years’ experience in software testing across multiple applications
- Relevant IT degree with ISTQB certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and Agile practices
- Experience with tools like JIRA and basic SQL for data validation
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong communication skills
