QA and Support Analyst

POSITION INFO:

ISTQB Certification (because even the most sinister of tasks must be done with precision)
A minimum of 4 years in a Quality Assurance role, ensuring only the strongest systems survive the test of time—and perhaps a few unexpected horrors
At least 3 years of experience in SQL, taming the unruly beasts of data and queries. They prefer someone who understands that every query is an opportunity for something… unsettling
Proven history in second-line support—after all, the real work begins when the first line fails
A gift for communication, free from the fluff and excess that so often dulls the beauty of truth
An insatiable thirst to learn new systems and tools, even if they leave you with more questions than answers. After all, that’s where the fun begins
